School of Transformation is an independent supportive mainstream school in Boksburg, providing a structured and supportive learning environment for learners who benefit from smaller classes, individual attention and a different approach to education.

Supportive Mainstream & Skills-Based Education in Boksburg
Since 2005, School of Transformation has supported learners with different strengths, needs and ways of learning. We offer two distinct educational pathways within one supportive school environment:
Supportive Mainstream
Small classes, individual attention, remedial support and the CAPS curriculum, with learners progressing towards the Umalusi-accredited National Senior Certificate.
Skills-Based & Technical Occupational Education
A practical, hands-on pathway for learners who thrive through applied learning, including programmes in Hospitality and Electrical.
We support learners with:
At the School of Transformation, we provide tailored support for children with a variety of barriers to learning. Our learners include those with:
ADHD and other attention difficulties
Dyslexia and reading challenges
Reintegration into mainstream environments after alternative schooling, such as homeschooling
Anxiety and emotional difficulties
Children on the autism spectrum, including high-functioning autism and Asperger’s
Emotional difficulties (supported through our mentoring program and counseling)
Our approach combines qualified teachers, small classes, structured support, appropriate accommodations, mentoring and counselling to help learners develop academically, practically and personally. As every learner’s needs are different, placement is considered individually to ensure that School of Transformation can provide the level and type of support required.
With dedicated school transport across Ekurhuleni, including Boksburg, Benoni, Alberton, Bedfordview, Edenvale, Kempton Park, Springs, Vosloorus and surrounding areas, School of Transformation gives families access to a supportive school environment with more than one pathway to success.
